The contrast of light freeze dried whole strawberries with delicately white chocolate make a lush creamy delight. Sweet and light with a fresh, sealed-in flavour, it melts in the mouth. Created through a unique freeze-drying process, natural whole strawberries are dehydrated to remove the water from the fruit, intensifying the berry flavour and retaining the shape and bright colour. Absolutely nothing else is added.
 
The whole strawberries are then coated with white chocolate. The thick, beautifully delicate, creamy soft white chocolate shell, contrasts with the tart strawberry for a treat that is all about indulgence.
